Project Management

Alemany, LLC understands that on a project, time is everything. In addition to the many cost-saving features built-in to Advance Fire products, we offer installation tools that are specially designed to help you maximize your productivity. We are capable to offer “Turn-key project”, since design phase, CAD Drawings, permits, installations and final Certificate of Occupancy (CO) with the Fire Department approval with peace of mind for our customers.

Inspections

The most current techniques and equipment are utilized to meet the rigorous requirements of today's complex fire alarm systems. We can significantly reduce unwanted false alarms by keeping your smoke detectors clean and ready to respond at the required sensitivity level. 
Upon completion of each inspection, we will provide you with detailed documentation as outlined by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and your local authority. All inspections are in accordance with Chapter 10 of the National Fire Protection Act (NFPA) of 2002.

Customer Support Program (CSP)

The Ax-Serie fire alarm panels make exclusive use of regulated power to all outputs and to the battery charger, provide 'Loop-Sync ': synchronized sounders locally and across the network, include intelligent on-board volt & ammeters, and provide 3 fully programmable unique function keys on the main panel.

A dedicated USB serial port for direct PC connection come standard combined with installer friendly 'Auto-learn' and 'Loop Detection' facilities offer simple, trouble-free, installation, commissioning and trouble finding. The panels are fully on-site programmable via on-board alphanumeric keypad or PC configuration tools.

Ax-Serie fire alarm panels has a graphic display with dedicated system and navigation keys for simple user control. Also Ax series provide a unique feature for remote monitoring: The Intelligent ipGateway gathers real-time information from a standard web browser giving visual and audible indication of the status of all AD-NeT-PluS connected nodes. The state of each network node and the status of individual devices (such as analog values of intelligent smoke detectors) of an AD-NeT-PluS network can be displayed at any time in a user-friendly clear and concise manner. Installation event logs can be viewed, saved, or printed as needed without the need to be physically at the installation site.

User-friendly Windows based 'PC-NeT'configuration software includes "virtual panel" functionality for enhanced remote diagnostics capability via a low-cost remote connection.

Powerful cause and effect, event programming coupled with the flexible DynamXmakes the panel suitable for a wide range of site applications including the most complex multi area systems allows to connect up to 200 panels in network.
